Learn How to Deal With Stress and Beat Depression Through Acceptance

If you're reading this, then you likely already know that stress and depression go hand and hand. Stress is the feeling you get when you feel that something really important is out of your control and you just have to do something about it-no matter what! Depression is what you feel when you've driven yourself crazy trying to make things right and despite your best efforts, you come up feeling defeated. This may not seem like good news, but the fact is there's a silver lining. Since they are so intertwined, you can learn how to deal with stress and beat depression in one fell swoop-through acceptance! Here's how.
  • Accept what you can't change.
You've heard it before. It may even sound cliché by now, but it's true. One of the very best things you can do to beat depression and stress is to accept what you can't change. You know what I'm talking about. There are circumstances in all of our lives that we so wish that we could change or even make disappear altogether. How much time and energy do you spend dwelling on these things? If the answer is more than a second or two, then you need to practice acceptance in order to truly learn how to handle stress. After all, why fret over things that you have no influence over?
  • Accept who you can't change.
Are there people in your life who make you crazy or worse, make you feel bad about yourself? Most people are well aware that circumstances aren't the only aspects of life we wish we could change. If you're like most of us, then there are probably people in your life you wish you could make over as well. Let this feeling go. People can change, but only when they want to, and you have no control over their will. Make up your mind to accept the person as-is or distance yourself from them. It can be a difficult thing to do, especially if you're worried about hurting someone's feelings or perhaps you truly care for the person. Above all, put your own wellbeing and emotional health first if you want to beat depression and effectively manage stress.
  • Accept yourself-and change.
While you can't always change your circumstances or the people in your life, you can change one thing-yourself. The key is to accept yourself along the way. We all have things about ourselves we'd like to improve. That's healthy. But if you want to beat depression, then you're going to have to learn how to love yourself through these changes. That means celebrating small accomplishments and keeping self-criticism in check.
Knowing the difference between what you can and cannot change is not only the key to knowing how to handle stress and beat depression, but it is also one of the great lessons in life. Once you've learned it, you'll experience more peace and contentment in your life than you ever thought possible!

Top Steps to Fighting Depression

Depression takes many forms, but all of them are a horrible disease to live with. You lose interest in everything, your sleep patterns are all messed up and the same with your eating habits, you're horribly fatigued, and refuse to get out and do fun healthy activities! I've been there, I know! I've been down this road more times than I'd like to count but from that experience I can now write this article an ld lay out some key things to do when you start feeling like you're sinking into a dark depression.
First of all, if you know you're either already diagnosed with clinical depression or you are prone to mental illness you should be seeing a therapist on a regular basis. This really is huge; seeing a therapist on a consistent basis does so much for your inner self that is plagued with this disease. It also helps you notice the signs ahead of time and teaches you ways of not being so self defeating. So, if you haven't already signed up to see a therapist make an appointment, it will do no harm. And as hard as it is to get out and about sometimes, this needs to be made a priority. Seeing a psychiatrist is your next stop. This is where you will be evaluated to see if any medications would help, although I very highly suggest you take medication very carefully and only as prescribed. The stuff they give people now is very strong and can mess with your whole system very easily. As much of this you can do naturally the better.
Secondly, either find some self help books or do some reading online (I highly recommend Dr. Wayne Dyer) and take your own power back. Take control of what's in front of you and get educated about the disease. You can't get better until you understand what's going on with you. This will also help you find ways of dealing with it and making some peace with yourself so moving on is possible.
Lastly, try and keep yourself motivated. Now, this is the hardest for most. Keeping up with your appointments and doing any homework from your therapist are good signs that you're making progress. Keeping ourselves motivated is hard for all of us. Granted, it's much harder when you're depressed. But take a simple walk at night and make it a little routine. Start making little routines for yourself and really work at sticking with them. If you mess up, get up and clean the dust off and start over! Don't get down on yourself if you aren't up to what you "could be". Let who you are be okay. Let that be good enough.
Work on keeping your thoughts positive and you'll be alright!

Tips to Beat Depression - 5 Sure Fire Ways To Do It Naturally

Want tips to beat depression naturally? Depression can make you feel as though you are barely alive. By getting the right medical care and teaching yourself how to cope with your symptoms and what to do to help to alleviate them, you can win. You may not only be better able to deal with your depression, but also to improve your life completely.
Some of the best methods to get help when living with depression are to talk about it in an effort to learn to understand your symptoms and your illness and to get help from others who are dealing with the same situation.
1. Joining support groups - this is one of the best methods of learning more about your illness and in some cases about yourself. A support group is a group of like-minded individuals who are joined together for a common cause. You will find depression support groups both online as well as offline. Joining a group is one of the best things you can do to help yourself when living with depression.
2. Help someone else - Nothing will help to alleviate your symptoms and to lower your sense of depression or helplessness than giving some time or energy to another cause. While you may not be inclined to help another person, doing so will give you a wide range of benefits, not the least of which will be less time to feel your own sadness.
3. Learn to deal with stress - Develop and use better coping mechanisms for dealing with your own stress. Take some classes to learn how to cope with your stress. By dealing with stress in a better way, it will lower the resultant secretions that the body puts out when we are under stress. Long-term release of these cortico-steroids can have a detrimental effect on the body processes, that can impact depression.
4. Exercise - By exercising on a regular basis it can be very helpful. If you have the time, take an exercise class and if you don't, spend a minimum of twenty to thirty minutes a day exercising. The endorphins that are released as you exercise are natural mood elevators. By exercising on a regular basis, you will begin to have more energy, have less stress and be in a much better mood. In fact, exercise is addicting after you develop the habit. What a great addiction to have!
5. Think positive - Did you know that some studies say that perpetual negative thinking can actually be a cause of depression? Give yourself a chance to feel better and to relax more. Be forgiving with yourself and let go of the negative thoughts and emotions that are controlling your actions and your moods.
In making these simple changes in your life and taking action on these tips to beat depression, you will be well on your way to recovery. Using these techniques, along with other treatment methods such as therapy and possibly medications (consult a professional), you will begin to feel so much better in a very short period of time.

Overcome Depression Mental Health Problems In The Workplace

The workplace can be a very tiring environment for anyone. The pressures from bosses, coworkers, and long hours can be very toxic to one's mental and physical health. Burnout usually occurs to those who can't keep up with the demands of the workplace for whatever reasons. Though stress is present in our every day lives, excessive amounts of it can cause negative effects. Too much stress in the workplace causes a whole lot of health problems such as anxiety disorders, depression, physical fatigue, and increased tension. It can also dramatically decrease a worker's productivity. Workplace stress can also increase one's risk of serious physical and psychological problems!
Symptoms to watch out for include anxiety, depression, stomach problems, decreased sex drive, fatigue, insomnia, and back pains. If one experiences these symptoms, they should take a breather and contact the management and tell them about the problem they have.
Research shows that approximately one third of today's workers experience high levels of workplace related stress. Absences often stem from stress-related illnesses and this costs employers a lot of money. To improve productivity and employee relationships, some major companies now offer programs to help reduce work stress. They offer counseling, and stress risk assessment for their employees.
Social events such as regular get-togethers, parties, and field trips also help in the treatment of some office tension. These can also be opportunities for having a stress awareness program among employees. Higher salaries and regular promotion also helps a lot in the motivation of employees and in boosting their confidence. Some companies have even taken the direct route by offering less-stress programs for their employees like flexible working hours, and career leaves. Motivation is very important, that's why employers should be sensitive to the mental health needs of their employees. If they want maximum benefit for their company, they should invest in the protection and well-being of their employees' mental health. Studies show that most companies with mental health well-being programs even save a lot of money because of dramatically reduced absences, and improved productivity.
Treatment for stress depression are varied and numerous. There a whole lot of ways for employees to cope with workplace stress. The company should be forced to have a mental health program, but a program is usually not enough. One has to harness positive thinking and be able to take responsibility for one's own health. Better communication with employers and an overall positive outlook on work can dramatically reduce stress at the workplace. If you are experiencing workplace stress and/or are suffering from depression it is very important to access the correct help immediately. The sooner you seek help for your depression related symptoms the sooner you can be on the road to recovery. The longer a mental health problem is left untreated the more intricate and complex the problem becomes. Early intervention is very important.
Remember, people can and do make recoveries from depression and go on to lead their best lives imaginable.

Proactive Ways to Beat Depression and Anxiety

Why look for ways to beat depression and anxiety if you're feeling just fine? Good question! The truth is that everyone should be proactive about warding off negative emotions such as stress and unhappiness because they're bound to sneak up on you if you don't. Consider these three strategies for maintaining a peaceful and happy existence no matter what challenges life throws your way.
  • Pay It Forward
It's easy to get caught up in our everyday lives and forget the needs of other people. We're all guilty of it. With our busy work schedules, demanding family and social lives, and the never-ending to-do list, we're lucky to have time to take care of ourselves, much less others, but did you know that doing unto others can have an equally positive effect on the giver as on the recipient? It's true! Lending a helping hand simply feels good. Plus, paying it forward means that you're due an act of kindness in the future-likely when you need it the most! Paying it forward doesn't have to be complicated or even time-consuming. Do what you can when you can, and the rewards will quickly add up.
  • Schedule In Variety
Do you ever feel like you do the same things over and over again day after day? Many of us live by a schedule that can become painfully redundant if we're not careful. Humans need to be exposed to different sights, scenes, and experiences, though. After all, there's a reason they say variety is the spice of life! If you're feeling like you're in a rut, take the chance to change things up a bit. No matter how locked in your schedule appears, there are things you can do to introduce variety. Take a different route to work, for instance, or make a bigger change by picking up a new hobby or activity. When life becomes less boring, you'll find that attempting to beat depression isn't such an arduous feat after all.
  • Plan Ahead
When researching how to treat anxiety, you may have been advised to live in the moment and enjoy the present. While it's true that being in the now can have a calming effect, it's important to also plan ahead for a peaceful life. If you're a chronic procrastinator or you find yourself always playing catch-up, then you can bet that stress will find its way to you, creating lots of unnecessary anxiety and mood swings. In order to beat depression and learn how to treat anxiety proactively, you need to get a handle on your schedule. This means applying good organization and time management skills to your everyday life. Ask yourself, "what can I do today to make tomorrow less stressful?"
It's easy to get lazy during the calmer stretches of life. Resist the temptation, though! If you're proactive about your personal development practice, then you'll have the tools to beat depression and you'll know how to treat anxiety when things get tough.

Ways To Relieve Stress And Anxiety - 3 Natural Stress Management Techniques

Do you feel stressed and anxious on a daily basis? Does it seem like being stressed out has become a way of life?
You wouldn't be the only one! I myself used to suffer with stress and anxiety all the time due to a high demanding job that involved handling huge sums of money for companies. I could never switch off from work even in my leisurely hours.
You see stress and anxiety is almost unavoidable, in fact the only way to eliminate it would be to rid yourself of all your assets and live off the land. Sounds far-fetched I know but you didn't see our ancestors before us queuing up at the doctors for prescriptions!
Although it's slightly off topic you should watch the film "into the wild". It's based on a true story of a guy who got sick of modern day living so gave all his money to the Oxfam charity and lived off the land. It's really moving and opens your mind to just how much modern day living has enslaved us.
So anyway, life as we know it has become complicated, it's extremely demanding and many work extremely hard in order to provide for their nearest and dearest. This means stress and anxiety is extremely common and many have to cope with stress on a daily basis.
However just because stress is near unavoidable doesn't mean we have to let it rule our lives. How you cope with stress is what matters which is why we'll discuss some simple and natural techniques for relieving stress and anxiety.
Exercise
Exercise is extremely effective for relieving stress and anxiety. It helps to rid the mind of worry and release any built up tension in the body. Stress can cause you to feel extremely frustrated and agitated and there's no better way to release that pent up energy and channel that frustration than to engage in some physical activity.
Note: Exercising doesn't have to entail a strenuous session in the gym or a three mile sprint! If you're feeling stressed and anxious then a simple walk around the block can help to relieve you of your anxieties.
Nutrition
Maintaining a stable diet and ensuring the body gets the proper nutrition it needs is another effective and natural way to lower your stress levels. If you don't maintain a proper diet then you're going to feel sluggish and fatigued and wont be able to operate at peak performance.
With the fast paced world we live in it's all to easy to snack on unhealthy products due to time constraints. Fast food is called fast food for a reason - because it's served up quickly! It's convenience but not necessarily the best option as it can affect your performance at work and in between work hours.
Making small changes to your diet can have a big impact for relieving stress and anxiety. Try cutting out sugary, fatty and processed snacks and replacing them with healthier alternatives such as;
* Replacing sugary drinks and sodas with water and natural fruit juices
* Replacing snacks such as chocolate with fruits, nuts and even seeds
* Avoid junk foods like the plague!
* Instead of binging, try eating little and often, fueling your body as and when required
Breathing Exercises
Here's a natural stress management technique that's extremely effective. Why is it that experts recommend hyper-ventilating to people that experience panic attacks? Because controlled breathing relaxes both the mind and body almost instantaneously!
Deep breathing helps to oxygenate the blood flow and reduces your heart rate which is often increased when you're feeling stressed and anxious. It also relaxes the muscles and helps your mind to calm down relieving you of that pent up frustration.
Whenever you're beginning to feel stressed and anxious take deep, slow breathes, really fill your lungs with air on each breathe. There's no need to go frantic just nice natural long drawn breathes will do the trick.
Start applying these three stress management techniques regularly and you'll soon find relieving yourself of stress and anxiety gets a whole lot easier.
Is stress affecting your ability to cope in day-to-day life? If so apply these 3 coping strategies for stress and learn to lower your stress levels and calm your mind on a day-to-day basis.

What You Need to Know About Major Depressive Disorder

A surprising number of people suffer from mood disorders, including major depressive disorders, but a lot of people don't seek help. They either don't realize that they're depressed, think that others will look down on them if they admit their depression, or they simply can't manage to get help because of the symptoms they're suffering. After all, many of the symptoms associated with major depressive disorder make it hard to get through the day, much less manage to get through the mental health system. Sometimes, depression sufferers are also misdiagnosed as having physical illnesses, rather than emotional and mental issues.
There are a number of causes for depression, which can be caused by stressful situations, major traumatic events, chemical imbalances in the brain, or other problems. It may be related to genetic makeup, since people who are depressed also tend to have family members who are depressed, even if these people are not in contact. No matter what its cause, depression causes significant emotional pain and is a disruption to many people's lives. It affects their friends and family, makes them less productive at work and more likely to call in sick or even lose their jobs, and it can cause many other problems, as well.
To be listed as someone suffering from major depressive disorder, at least five symptoms from the following list have to have been present during a two week period. They must represent a change from earlier functioning. People with fewer symptoms or those who haven't had a change may still be depressed or suffering from a mood disorder, but that disorder will be classed differently. Possible symptoms include a depressed mood, lack of pleasure and interested in activities formerly enjoyed, a significant change in appetite or weight, greatly increased or decreased sleep, excess guilt or feelings of low worth, trouble concentrating and thinking, and recurrent thoughts about death.
Almost anyone can suffer from depression, and most people who are diagnosed with this problem are treated successfully. Major depressive disorder may come from just one trauma, or from a series of disappointments, problems, or stresses. Some people only go through one major depressive episode in their lives. Others will deal with many episodes. This illness is not selective and affects people of all ages, races, and other descriptors. About three percent of people in the US and Europe are depressed at any one time, rising to seven percent over the course of a year. Between ten and fifteen percent of us will suffer from a major depressive episode at some time in our lives.
Treating major depression can be done in a number of different ways, of which medication is only one, though many people aren't aware of other options. Psychotherapy, behavioral and cognitive therapy, herbal treatments, and many other methods can also be used to improve symptoms and make the sufferer's life easier. If you believe you're dealing with major depressive disorder, it's important to take control and seek help. There are lots of options, and something is likely to be of help to you.
The first utmost important thing to do is to find everything you need to know on depression and how to cure it. Don't wait a second longer as you need to know more about the Depression Free Method on How To Cure Major Depression Disorder Fast and Permanently which can be found at http://www.depressionfreemethod.com now!

What Are the Causes of Lifelong Depression?

Some unfortunate people suffer from depression all their lives. There may be a sneaking suspicion it's their fault in some way, which is not true. Lifelong (chronic) depression is an illness that can be as debilitating as heart disease, and if untreated can even be fatal. Chronic depression is caused by one or a combination of the following:
Physical
• You have an imbalance in your brain chemistry. This can be addressed through supplements and/or antidepressant medications. Many people think they don't want to take medication, but what if your prejudice against it is keeping you from relief?
• You don't get enough exercise. Research has repeatedly shown that getting enough exercise is the number one thing that helps relieve depression.
• You are lacking EFA's and need to take fish oil supplements. This seems to be especially true of people from Northern European heritage.
• You have a highly sensitized reaction to alcohol, sugar, and/or caffeine, and may not be able to use them like other people. Bummer, I know, but many people with chronic depression see miraculous results when they begin to manage their diets in much the same way a diabetic does.
Psychological
• There are ways that you think and things you tell yourself that are not helpful. Depressed people tend to have depressing thoughts. You do not have to be a slave to your mind.
• You don't have enough friends or social contact. Depressed people tend to be lonely without adequate social support. Facebook doesn't count - we need to be in the presence of other peoples' bodies.
• You have unfinished business from the past that needs to be worked through. A competent, licensed mental health professional can help you do the work to get free.
Spiritual
• You are not living your right life. Depressed people often feel trapped in work that is not feeding their heart or their passion. There are hard decisions that must be made if one is to feel good about themselves and their lives.
• You are a spiritual person, and living a life without deeper meaning is not enough for you. Many depressed people have tasted something deeper than is offered by the mainstream culture, and have a driving desire to honor that inner knowing. This call must be answered.
The healing of lifelong (chronic) depression takes a holistic approach, and yes, it can be done. If you or someone you love suffers, please get competent help.

Teen Depression - Treatment and Motivation

Your depression will be cured with the new attitude you will adopt in your life henceforth, because humanity needs you and because you need a purpose in your life.
As you can observe, our world is a very sad place, where you cannot be happy as you imagined when you were a child. Here, things are very difficult and nothing is as the way you wish it would be.
You must have the attitude of a hero because you have an obligation to be a hero in a world on the brink of complete destruction by human indifference and disrespect as well as futility and hypocrisy.
You inherited a crazy world governed by cold rationalism, where life has no chance of improvement and peace is only a myth. You also have a crazy psychic sphere that is inherent in you since the biggest part of your mind belongs to your wild and primitive conscience, which means that you are constantly influenced by this violent and absurd content.
You must save the world and save your soul.
This is your responsibility because you are young and you have a lot of energy. If you feel depressed and weak, it's because you have to face too much and things are too difficult. In reality, the truth is that you have energy and courage on your side because of your youth.
You have not tasted failure or big disappointments, you are not tired, you have a young and athletic body and you are strong. Therefore, humanity depends on you since you can learn, work, correct and build.
Humanity is tired, extremely depressed and has no hope.
Start correcting the world with your example. Be the wise and responsible person who understands the necessity of wisdom in order to solve the human problems.
Beat futility and hypocrisy with your sincerity and your respect to your studies. Apply in your life all the good things that you learn by reading and listening. Don't be like all the old generations who couldn't amend their behaviour by virtue of the knowledge they acquired.
You must be serious. In your time, teenagers must help the adults who are trapped in their terrible mistakes. You cannot be futile.
Of course you are depressed... You are young, full of life and energy, but instead of an environment where you could unwind and enjoy with everything you wanted to do, you live in chaos full of invisible traps and dangers.
Only if you try to do something to improve this world where you and billions of people like you live in suffering, will you feel better and only then will your life have a positive meaning.
This way, you will also overcome your depression and the world will be saved by your work.
You are very important!
Please, save us from our ignorance, indolence and indifference!
Prevent Depression and Craziness through the scientific method of Dream Interpretation discovered by Carl Jung and simplified by Christina Sponias, a writer who continued Jung's research in the unknown region of the human psychic sphere.

Reduce Your Personal Stress

According to a report that I was reading recently, one in every three adults suffers from moderate to high levels of personal stress. With so much bad news in the papers and on television, uncertainty about the economy and the pressure of daily life, is it any wonder more of us are feeling stressed.
  • Every year nearly something close to 50,000 Australians are admitted to hospital due to stress-related disorders.
  • Stress requires more people to take time off work than any other health condition or disease.
  • The total cost of Australian workplace stress is more than $1.2 billion per year.
Most of us experience some level of stress in our lives, especially from our work. The stress of urgent deadlines, demanding clients, meetings, families and bills all add to stress levels There doesn't seem to be any end to the modern day disease of personal stress. So, what can you do to overcome stress?
Simple strategies for reducing your stress
1.0 Take a 3 minute holiday
Learn to 'chill' for a few minutes when you're feeling under pressure. Find somewhere quite to sit, close your eyes and just relax. It sounds like a simplistic idea, but it does work!
2. Drink plenty of water
Your body is 80% water - so keeping it hydrated is essential. You'll notice that when you haven't been drinking enough water your attention starts to wander. Keep a drink bottle on your desk and drink at least a litre of water every day, more if you are exercising.
3. Take a lunch break
Getting away from your desk for thirty minutes can reduce your levels of stress and change your outlook. Don't say that you don't have time for lunch; that is a cop-out!
4. Get up every 50 minutes and stretch
It can be so easy to get caught up in what you're doing that all of a sudden you've been at work for 3 hours and the only muscles you've moved are in your fingers. Stretching will get the blood flowing around your body again - you'll feel invigorated, awake and your quality of work will noticeably improve.
5. Relax your eyes (and wrists)
Constantly staring at a computer screen will give you eye strain. Every 15 minutes or so look away from the screen, or close your eyes briefly.
Allow your eyes to have a power nap. While you're doing this, face your palms away from you, grab your fingers and pull them back towards you very gently. This is a great stretch for your wrists and will help to battle carpel tunnel syndrome and other conditions caused by the overuse of your wrists.
6. Breath slowly and deeply
If you're feeling tired, grumpy or frustrated it could simply be that you're not getting enough oxygen to your brain. Most people don't breathe correctly. A few times a day (perhaps when you're having your 3 minute holiday or getting up to stretch), take the time to breath deeply and slowly in through your nose, into your diaphragm (the lower part of your abdomen) and then out through your mouth. Each breath should take you about 6 seconds. Breath in, hold for a second or two and then let it out.

Depression and Eating Disorders

Eating disorders are caused by abnormal eating patterns. These could be overeating or inadequate food intake. Many people tend to eat more food to suppress extreme emotions and depression. They use the snacks and food indulged in as escape routes to deal with emotional stress or bad relationships. Some common eating disorders are anorexia, compulsive eating, binge eating and bulimia.
These eating disorders are curable if they are detected in time and medical advice is followed. It is also possible to have multiple eating disorders. People who suffer from eating disorders become very weak emotionally. They use food as a medium to relieve themselves. Emotional support is the most essential requirement to treat these individuals.

Self-esteem problems are at the core of many eating disorders. They also play a role in other conditions, such as depression, alcoholism, drug abuse, self-injury and suicide. Depression may precede eating disorders and contribute to their onset. It has also been observed that living with the eating disorder leads to depression.

Depressive disorders are known to affect the way an individual eats, sleeps and feels about himself and others. Without treatment, the symptoms may last for weeks, months or even an entire lifetime. Proper and timely treatment can help to eradicate the cause for depression. Depressive illness often interferes with usual functioning and causes pain and distress.
Psychotherapy, medication or a combination of both is helpful. Psychotherapy involves talking about specific feelings with a qualified professional equipped to help individuals to alter relationships and thoughts.

Medication that treats severe and disabling depression is available. At times, several medicines are tried out before the doctor finds the one that works best. A regular and monitored well-balanced diet is the safest way to battle these disorders and in the bargain deal with depression effectively.

How to Find Sound Mental Health and Evolve in a Crazy World

The information you have in dreams helps you in so many ways that you will surely realize that your dreams are sent by God. When you translate the meaning of dreams according to the scientific method of dream interpretation you verify that all dreams contain meaningful messages.
These messages give you detailed information about what is happening in your psychological system and in the world around you. They also talk about your past, your traumas, and the problems you are facing now. Thus, you understand from the beginning that the unconscious words reflect the truth.
God knows everything about you, your life, and everyone around you. You find solutions for all problems in dreams.
You may have the tendency to dislike believing in God's existence because you follow the atheistic and materialistic mindset of the modern civilization. You probably consider science more important than religion. Perhaps you believe that it is strange to read a document about a scientific method of dream interpretation, which declares that our dreams are produced by God. God is not a scientifically proven truth.
However, the accurate translation of the meaning of dreams based on the scientific method translates God's words because it is based on real research, and not on the dream interpreter's imagination. Carl Jung looked for the meaning of dreams like an archeologist who was trying to understand the meaning that the dream images had for the human race. I precisely followed his steps, proving that his method is efficient and real.
I was cured from my severe neurosis, which already had characteristics of schizophrenia, and I became a psychiatrist and psychologist. I started curing others through dream translation without payment, since September of 1990. I completed Carl Jung's research and I simplified the dream language before publishing my work online, in 2007 and 2008, after nineteen years of studies and real cures through dream therapy.
I looked for the meaning of many dream symbols that Jung didn't explain. I also discovered the wild side of the human conscience, which generates mental illnesses within our human conscience.
I could better understand the dream language because I was a literature writer since my childhood and I had an extraordinary literary talent. All my writings were inspired by the unconscious mind, which sends us therapeutical dreams and gives us artistic talents with the intention to help us escape craziness, and have the chance to evolve.
I also was a designer since my childhood. Many of my drawings helped me better understand my psychological reality. I found important dream symbols in my drawings and in all the personages of a literary book I started writing after suffering from a tragic car accident, when I was 15-years-old. This book helped me completely understand the meaning of the symbolic dream language and relate the information I had in dreams to our mental health, based on Carl Jung's lessons.
My work proves to the world that Jung was a special scientist. The real importance of his work was not properly evaluated by the ignorant, superficial, and hypocritical world. My work proves to the world that Jung discovered the right code for the comprehension of the real meaning of the dream language according to the meaning given by the dream producer; the unconscious mind.
Only Jung didn't distort the meaning of dreams with his suppositions, like all the other dream interpreters and scientists of the world. Everyone must learn his method of dream interpretation based on my simplifications, after continuing his mission.
The real translation of the dream language accurately transcribes God's words. This is an important scientific proof of God's existence, which can be verified into practice when you learn the dream language and you start understanding the meaning of your own dreams.
You verify that your dreams talk about your past and about all the details that were important for you. You understand from the beginning that your doctor already knows everything about your psychological system and how you can be cured. God is an excellent psychiatrist and psychologist; the only one who can cure invincible mental illnesses.
My work also proves to the world that human beings are unable to cure mental illnesses without divine guidance because there is craziness into the biggest part of the human brain.
This means that we are absurd from birth. Absurd creatures cannot understand how to find sound mental health without being guided by a mentally healthy and wise mind; the divine unconscious mind. We indispensably need superior guidance.
Alone we will never find peace. We are unable to put an end to terror, violence, immorality, poverty, hypocrisy, indifference, and greed because we are absurd and evil. Craziness and evilness are synonyms.
We are wild and under-developed primates who have inherited a satanic anti-conscience. Our anti-conscience keeps trying to destroy the human conscience we received from God. We received this conscience from God in order to transform our wild side into human content by obeying God's guidance in our religion and in our dreams.
However, we refuse to respect our religion. On the other hand, only now I am scientifically proving God's existence thanks to the fast dream translations based on my dynamic method, derived from Carl Jung's complicated method of dream interpretation.
His method is so complicated and obscure that it doesn't have a practical value for average people. Only now that I simplified the dream language can you easily understand the dream language and have a direct communication with God without complications.
My work solves a basic problem because it is the result of my obedience to God's guidance. I would never be able to simplify Jung's method without divine guidance. My work is God's gift to the world. I was an obedient servant.
God is the best psychiatrist you can find, but God also is your spiritual guide. You have to transform your personality and become a better person. You have to understand the meaning of goodness, so that you may defend its importance into practice.
Your goodness is more important than anything else for your evolution as a human being, but you tend to believe that goodness is something you should give to those you like. You disregard those you dislike, and you never show compassion before their pain.
God will show you that you have to behave like an angel in all occasions, with everyone, even with your worst enemies. And not only that; you have to love your enemies the same way you love your children even when they do something you dislike.
You have to show compassion to everyone, without exceptions.
Your goodness helps you keep your mental stability because it doesn't let you agree with the satanic ideas sent by your anti-conscience whenever you face challenging situations. When you try to become a perfect human being you don't make costly mistakes that can put your mental stability in danger.
However, trying to become a better person in a crazy world is a dangerous adventure you cannot face alone. It's very hard to be good in a selfish world, especially because you have inherited absurdity into your own brain. You have to obey the wise unconscious mind that produces your dreams, even if you will disagree with God's wisdom.
God will save your sanity and help you use all of your brain power. Even if in the beginning you won't understand God's plan for your psychotherapy, you should always believe that God knows what is better for you because God is wise and saintly, while you are an imperfect creature. Many times you won't be able to evaluate God's wisdom from the beginning because you ignore how your future will be unfolded, and many other things that God cannot explain in a few words.
Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung's research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to exactly translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness.

Yoga for Depression: Motivation and Trust

Yoga is an excellent motivational tool. When you consider starting your day with Yoga meditation, Pranayama, Japa, Yoga postures (Asanas), warm-ups, Sun Salutations, or a combination of any of these - Yoga offers many useful motivation techniques for all of us.
However, some of us like to sleep late, skip work, unplug the phone, and wonder where the day went. This lack of stress can cause depression. This is not an endorsement of a stressful lifestyle, but the reality is: We all require a little daily stress to stimulate, strengthen, and motivate ourselves.
How could an early morning Yoga meditation create motivation for the entire day? There are many types of meditation to choose from, but you could choose a form of positive visualization to raise your level of motivation.
This will require you to set aside a little time and solitude. You could start with a 15 minute Yoga meditation session and allow your mind some forgiveness - if it wanders. Do not judge your mind or any distractions around you.
This is a key to Yogic meditation, and Yoga in general: Be mindful, be kind, do not judge anything, avoid extremes, and live life in moderation. The purpose of your meditation will be aided - if you write down your goals, for the day, and meditate.
With this form of Yogic meditation, you will be pleasantly surprised with how often you accomplish your daily objectives. Keep in mind that Yoga meditation is just one technique to stimulate motivation. Pranayama, Japa, Asana, and Sun Salutations, all work well for stimulating the body and mind.
Another factor, which causes depression, is lack of trust in others, and from deep within our inner being. We must believe in ourselves before we have faith in others. This lack of trust can cause a form of scaring to our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Can Yoga turn any of us into "eternal optimists?" The answer is, "maybe." Most eternal optimists are born that way; but optimism can be conditioned, and you have the power to harness it, if you want to.
A Yoga student asks, "Teach me about self-empowerment." The lessons are within all forms of Yoga, but you will find more answers within Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Karma Yoga.
Most Yoga students, outside of India, practice Hatha Yoga sub-styles. This is fine - but are you learning anything beyond the physical aspects of Yoga? Yoga is a vast topic, with solutions to many of today's health problems.
However, can the world learn to trust a 5,000 year old health maintenance system, with a proven track record of success? On a global scale, most of the world's population still seeks short-term health solutions in the form of pills.
Sometimes prescriptions are required; especially, in the case of severe depression. It is promising that Western medicine now embraces Yoga as an alternative therapy. This will create an evolution in health care which will improve the quality of life for humanity.

How to Treat Depression - Stop Being Depressed and Find Sound Mental Health

Depression can easily be eliminated through dream therapy when you are a good student and patient. You will treat your depression yourself, without having to go anywhere or depend on anyone. The unconscious mind that produces your dreams will help you find sound mental health. You only have to cooperate with your natural doctor, by following the guidance you receive.
This is a fast depression treatment based on self-help, while you have many lessons and explanations in dreams. You are not alone.
In the beginning the unconscious mind analyzes your life and your behavior. Later, it analyzes the behavior of everyone around you. You enter into your psychological world, and you understand the functioning of the human brain. As you continue your studies, you understand what basically determines the behavior of the human race.
Your knowledge keeps increasing as you translate the meaning of your dreams and you learn the unconscious lessons. These lessons give you another vision. You start seeing many details you didn't perceive before, and you start solving mysteries. You discover that there are many details that determine the functioning of the world, and the future development of your reality.
The information you have in your dreams will gradually eliminate your ignorance and your false impressions. This alternative will completely transform your life. You'll stop thinking the way you do now that you ignore many hidden truths. Your mind will open, and you'll stop feeling sorry for yourself.
You only have to keep a diary and a dream journal in order to relate your daily life to the dream messages. Then, you should translate your dreams, and follow the unconscious guidance.
In the beginning you won't be able to understand the meaning of many dreams. However, as you keep writing down all your dreams and learning the dream language, you'll start understanding the precious unconscious messages in a few dream images. You'll recognize important dream symbols in each dream, and understand the basic messages of the unconscious mind.
As you'll keep paying attention to the meaning of your dreams and trying to understand their hidden messages, you'll gradually understand your psychological problems. The unconscious mind is very generous and sends you many explanations in dreams.
If you won't be able to translate a dream, wait for your next dreams. The unconscious mind will help you understand your first dreams by repeating the same explanations in your next dreams.
The unconscious mind is a very patient doctor who gives you the same explanations through many different ways, until you are finally able to understand what you need.
Each dream is like the chapter of a book. You will completely understand the unconscious messages when you'll analyze your dream collection after a certain period of time. This is why you need at least two months of dream therapy in order to stop depression from ruining your life.
A depression treatment based on dream therapy usually takes from 6 to 8 months. Some people are cured faster, while other people need more time. Everything depends on your psychological situation and life conditions. However, you'll surely be cured through dream translation, sooner or later.
You won't waste your time with this method. This is guaranteed because your doctor is God's mind. The wisdom of the unconscious mind definitively eliminates all doubts that God really exists. If you don't believe in my words, study my dynamic method of instant dream translation for a while and translate at least a sentence from one of your dreams. You will discover the unconscious sanctity in a dream image when you pay attention to all its details.
A dream is made by many complex images based on a different logic. The dream logic is based on the saintly unconscious logic, which is far superior and cannot be compared to our idiotic logic based on selfishness. We are animals. The wise unconscious mind is perfect. We have to learn how the unconscious logic works, so that we may understand the meaning of dreams.
On one hand, dream translation is based on our capacity to understand the meaning of most dream symbols. On the other hand, it is based on following the unconscious logic.
When you understand the unconscious logic, you easily understand the meaning of all dreams, even if you ignore the meaning of many dream symbols. You are able to discover their meaning by relating many details based on the dream symbols you already know.
For example, here is the dream a depressed young woman had, after discovering that her boyfriend had an affair:
"There is an apple on the table, but it is too big and I don't like it. Then I travel by bus. I believe that I'm going to meet an old boyfriend. However, only my mother was waiting for me in the end of the journey."
Now, let me translate the meaning of this dream:
The apple represents wisdom. The dreamer didn't like the big apple because she couldn't accept her wisdom. She didn't want to understand that her boyfriend was cheating on her.
She travels by bus because her life is following a known route that can only have the same end. She doesn't have many alternatives. This means that she has to change the way she thinks and the way she acts if she wants to find happiness in life. By following the route she is following now, she won't have positive results.
While she believes that in the end of her trip she will find an old boyfriend, who represents her animus (perfect match), in the end of her trip she meets her mother, who represents her anti-conscience.
The anti-conscience is the wild and evil side of the human conscience that didn't evolve like our human side. The fact that the dreamer met her mother in the end means that she is being controlled by her anti-conscience. This is why she cannot accept her wisdom. She still doesn't want to believe that she must forget her boyfriend because he doesn't love her.
Now, let's analyze the characteristics of her personality. She doesn't want to believe in something unpleasant because she is in love. However, this attitude is idiotic. The dreamer must understand her situation.
The unconscious mind shows to the dreamer that she must be realistic.
Now, let's analyze the unconscious messages. The apple represents wisdom. It is a very positive dream symbol. Since the dreamer saw a big apple in a dream, the meaning of this dream is positive. She already understood that her boyfriend is not loyal to her. She cannot keep ignoring this truth.
Even though the end of the dream is negative because she meets her mother, the fact that she saw a big apple in the beginning of the dream is very positive. The meaning of the dream symbols is always the same, independently of the dreamer's interpretations. A big apple in a dream represents true wisdom. This means that the dreamer really had an important lesson, even though she doesn't want to accept the truth.
The unconscious mind will help her face this difficult situation. Her next dreams will be about her boyfriend's personality. The unconscious mind will analyze his personality through many ways and show her who he really is.
She is going to understand many truths she couldn't see before. This knowledge will eliminate the idol she had in mind when she would think about her boyfriend. After analyzing his personality, she will understand his defects and she will stop being eluded by many lies.
This way, she will stop loving him. She will then look for the man who will really make her happy.
Her depression will disappear thanks to all the knowledge she will have. She won't look at her boyfriend with the same ignorant eyes like before.
This is how dream therapy works. Now, let's hope that the dreamer will stop seeing her mother in her dreams, and she will have many dreams with positive dream symbols.
The unconscious logic shows to the dreamer that she must not regret learning that her boyfriend was cheating on her because this fact was an important life lesson. The big apple is a very positive dream symbol, even though the dreamer didn't like it.
The big apple means that this life lesson will make her wiser. She is going to understand many important truths that will be decisive for the continuation of her life.
Now that she had this bitter experience, she will be able to understand how to find her perfect match and have a perfect relationship. This bitter experience was an important life lesson that will help her find real happiness in life without believing in illusions.
The unconscious mind was giving support to the dreamer, and showing her that this deception was not the end of the world. It was a bitter experience that gave her precious knowledge. For now on, she will stop being superficial. She will seriously look for the right relationship for her, without falling into hidden traps.
This example shows you the basic characteristics of the unconscious psychotherapy. The unconscious mind is a saintly doctor who shows you that nothing is more important than the transformation of your personality. All bitter experiences are in fact important moral lessons that transform you into a wiser person.
In a few words, the unconscious treatment eliminates your depression by giving you important information that cures your wounds. You are enlightened by all the knowledge you acquire. You are also encouraged to begin a new life, without repeating the same mistakes.
Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung's research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to exactly translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness.

How to Get Over Breakup Depression - 3 Ways to Relieve Your Depression

A break up is always devastating and if you are wondering how to get over breakup depression, here are 3 effective methods that you can use.
1) Allow Yourself to Cry Out Loud
Crying is a very effective method of letting out any emotional tension. When people are crying, they will usually breath deeply as well. The act of breathing deeply can have a calming effect which will makes you feel better.
For women, they usually do not have any problems with crying. However, men are usually more inhibited because of social conditioning. Men do not want to be seen as being weak.
If you are a man, allow yourself to cry out loud. The good thing is, there is no need to cry in public. You can always cry inside your own bedroom and no one will know about it. Don't be too hard on yourself.
2) Try to Get Some Physical Exercise
Try to exercise for around 30 minutes. Any exercise will do. You can go jogging or ask friends to join you for a tennis session. Exercising causes your body to release endorphins, which can make you feel a lot better.
It is said that people who are more physically active are usually less depressed. It is understandable that you may not even feel like moving around now and just want to lie on your bed.
However, lying on your bed is only going to make you feel worse. Try to get some exercise right now. You will definitely feel better. Just make sure that you do not over exert yourself or injure yourself in the process. In fact, it is a good idea to ask friends to join you.
3) Talking to Someone About It
The act of talking to someone about your woes can be a great way to overcome breakup depression. Find a trusted friend who is a good listener. Let the emotional tension out of your heart. You will feel so much better when there is someone who understand you and who can emphatize with you.
Women usually don't have problems talking to others about it. However, men usually have the tendency to keep everything to themselves. If you are a man reading this, try not to be too hard on yourself.
You don't have to feel too inhibited. You may be surprised that there are many people who are more than willing to listen to you.

How to Deal With Depression and Anxiety

Coping with depression or anxiety, in whatever form or degree, can be very crippling for the individual suffering as it affects their daily living as well as their ability to think and reason soundly.
Not being able to cope easily with everyday living will certainly affect their survival potential at home, at work, with family, friends and relationships. Not only will the depression sufferer be affected by the problem but also those related to, or in contact with them.
So it is in everyone's interest to help someone suffering from depression!
The Common "Treatment" for Depression
When dealing with depression the usual recourse in trying to overcome the signs and symptoms of feeling depressed is by visiting your doctor, health care practitioner or psychiatrist, whereby the chance of a psychotropic drug or two is prescribed to "help" you cope. But does this really handle the problem of overcoming depression? Or does it just mask the problem with a chemical overcoat?
There is much controversy over the "chemical imbalance in the brain" theory, due to the fact that there is no evidence to support this and no actual tests are ever carried out by a doctor or psychiatrist to establish if in fact the depressed person has a "chemical imbalance".
What a doctor can and should do in the first instance, if treating a patient who is depressed or suffering from depression, is to do a thorough physical check-up of the body to determine if there are any organ malfunctions or problems as well as any other physical problems that could be causing the depressed state. There should also be a check-up to see if the body is suffering from a vitamin or mineral deficiency, and if so, natural supplements should be prescribed to balance out that deficiency.
Take a Walk to Help with Depression
This may seem simplistic in view but taking a walk can help reduce the symptoms of depression or anxiety, and can have very therapeutic results.
Someone who is depressed or feeling anxious has, to some degree, their attention stuck or fixated inwardly on themselves or on a particular difficulty or loss, whether it is known or not, that is causing the depressed feeling. For example, if one had unexpectedly lost a loved one or a job then to some degree this causes shock and emotional pain. It can also be the case that someone you are connected with is constantly bullying or intimidating you, which causes you to introvert and feel bad about yourself and lose self-confidence.
These losses, shocks and difficulties cause one to fixate on the bad experiences which, over a period of time, can cause one to feel low or depressed. So, the purpose of taking a walk is to extrovert your attention by putting your attention onto the environment around you and taking it off of the shock, pain or bad experiences.
Now it's not just a case of going out and taking a ten minute stroll, you should go out and purposely look at things; you should look at and take note of the objects, houses, people, animals, the things around you. You should notice the pavement in front of your feet, you should look at the wall and the bricks and the weeds growing out of them, you should look at the person walking near you, etc, etc.
This is an actual practical exercise and if you continue to look, look, look, you will eventually find yourself paying more attention to the environment and less attention will be focused on your problems, or depression. It is difficult for someone to deal with their problems effectively if they are stuck in an abyss of a depressed state.
So with this task of taking a walk and looking, it needs to be continued until YOU notice some change for the better. It will be noticed after some time doing this exercise, a difference in attitude, or outlook of the environment, or just some degree of relief. This is a good point to stop. Do not go beyond this good point and do not stop the exercise until YOU notice a positive change.
There is no set length of time in doing this exercise as each person responds differently. It should be done as long as necessary for each individual and should be done on a daily basis.
Important Note: As this exercise is done it will usually occur that things will happen that may be discomforting in some way; you could feel some unwanted emotion or have irrational thoughts come to mind, or some such thing. This is just part of the exercise and you should continue to take a walk and look, look, look. If by doing the exercise some upset occurs then by continuing the exercise the upset will eventually desist. Just persevere and push through it.
