Relaxation method is beneficial in reducing the symptoms of heartburn and acid reflux, and eases the pain and anxiety caused by them.

3 Killer Exercise Tips To Burn Fat Lightning Fast - This Will Have You Easily Burn Fat Like Crazy!

Exercises to burn fat fast can be a challenge. However, if you take note of the following 3 awesome exercise tips, not only will you find it more EASIER to get in great shape, you will actually receive mind-blowing results faster than you ever thought possible!

1.) The first amazing exercise tip is to break up your workout routine. What I mean by that is for example; Instead of exercising for 45 minutes, break it up into small exercise sessions throughout the day (such as 10 minute workouts done 4 times a day)! This reason this type of exercising works so well is because first, it's VERY easy to stick to, second, you will seriously increase your metabolism, and third, you will burn off fat much more effectively and quicker.

2.) The next tip is another option based off what I just mentioned in #1. If you would rather do you workout in one shot, then another way you can make your exercise very simple and still be able to burn up to 20% more fat than normal exercising is take a short break during your cardio routine! The reason this will do wonders is because this will actually increase your bodies fat burning hormones!

3.) The next killer tip for exercising to burn fat off LIGHTNING fast is to exercise as soon as you awake. You see, the reason doing this works like a charm is because of the following:
Throughout the day, your body relies on carbohydrates that you eat from your daily meals for energy. Also, when you sleep, your body will use carbs as well to ensure the body functions properly during rest. Now, this is where the fat burning trick comes in:

When you first awake in the morning, WITHOUT eating anything (especially carbs), and then you do an exercise session, the energy your body needs to perform the workout has to come from somewhere, right? Well guess what? If your body doesn't have carbohydrates to supply for energy, then what it will do is take a detour and start using STORED BODY FAT as the source of energy

If that wasn't enough, working out first thing in the morning will also give you an additional boost in energy all day long and will also help keep your metabolism remain active throughout the day as well! A faster running metabolism is what will have you burn off a lot of calories, and therefore lose a lot of weight and stubborn body fat!

What to Believe About the Best Vegetarian Diet to Reduce Weight

Everyone seems to know about it

The first thing we have to consider is that everybody seem to know what the best vegetarian diet is. There are thousands and thousands of plans that claim they are the best. All of them have advantages but also disadvantages. A high protein, low carb diet seems very good but it sometimes make your mouth stink, gives you headaches and or can lead to constipation. Soy is a very common protein source for your diet but too much of it may induce thyroid disorders. So you have to find the answer yourself. Your research must start from finding out the characteristics of a good vegetarian diet.

Key elements

The best vegetarian diet must promote true fat loss and provide the essential nutrients for our body. It is, of course, based on vegetables, incorporates food from all the food groups, is full of natural fiber, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants, contains complex carbohydrates and protein, includes whole natural foods and a lot of unsaturated fats. Unsaturated fats prevent heart disease and lower bad cholesterol. Eat canola oil, olives and olive oil, avocados, seeds and nuts. Vegetables offer the key minerals and vitamins for your body. Fruits like oranges, apples, bananas increase your metabolism. Fiber, reduces your cravings and slows down your food digestion. You will not feel hungry and eat less.
Proteins. The best vegetarian diet provides your body with enough proteins that give you the necessary energy. Proteins can be obtained from beans, nuts, lentils, soy, split-peas, dairy products. Calcium is a very good fat burner and can be obtained from dark leafy greens like spinach or mustard greens. Don't forget vitamin C. You can get it from orange juice, citrus fruits, tomatoes. Carbohydrates turn into glucose and give your body the energy it needs. You can get them from fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Fruits and vegetables provide antioxidants which protect you from infections and diseases. Eat dried apricots, raisins, prunes and leafy greens.

What to do in order to conceive your diet

To be sure you benefit from your best vegetarian diet you must:
1. Determine which type of vegetarian you want to be: lacto, ovo, lacto-ovo or vegan.
2. Eliminate all the meats from your daily diet. For a slow and safe transition eat fresh fruits, avocados, kiwi, bananas, grapes, mango, spinach or melons.
3. Start slowly to avoid shocking your digestive system. Eat slower otherwise you will feel stuffed. Drink enough water to hydrate your body and increase your metabolism.
4. A very good idea is to join a large community of vegetarians. You will get plenty ideas and help from there.
5. Choose organic and natural. Shop at your nearby organic market. Enhance your best vegetarian diet with whole-grain cereals. Chose the ones with vitamin B-12 on the nutrition label. Eat oatmeal, wild rice, quinoa, brown rice, tortillas and whole-grain breads.
6. Don't forget about omega-3 fatty acids: eat flaxseed, canola or walnuts.
7. There are also some dangers you have to be aware about. Eat all your fats in moderation. Unsaturated fats are OK but trans or saturated fats are bad for your heart. Be careful when you eat carbs. Some products contain a lot of refined sugar, or white flour. These can make you gain weight and leave you hungrier.

You must not forget there is no best vegetarian diet for all

There is no diet that can satisfy everyone's needs. You must do your research and find what is really important. The key principle you have to keep in mind is equilibrium. It is best to choose food from all the food groups. Aim to burn fat and make sure you get all the essential nutrients. Plan a strategy that allows you to enjoy the benefits of a good diet. Integrate your diet with your life. Don't rely just on the information you get from internet sources. Ask your nutritionist, or diet expert for advice. Don't forget that the best vegetarian diet is the one that fits your needs.

How Natural Weight Loss Pills Work In Losing Weight

Losing weight and having the ideal body is almost everyone's dream these days. However, if you have ever tried to lose weight, you would know how difficult it is to lose even a pound. It really takes a lot of hard work, determination, and control to achieve your desired weight. There are even times when you try several weight loss plans and workouts but your weighing scale doesn't seem to budge. That is all common.

The bitter truth is that losing weight is not magic. It does actually require you to put in a lot of effort and determination to achieve your weight loss goals. All those advertisements that run on the internet, with banners like "lose 10 pounds in 1 week without exercising and starving", are nothing but false promises. If such products existed and actually worked, no one would be overweight today.

There are no miracles involved in losing fat and there are no ancient secrets of losing weight. The clear-cut way of losing your weight is to move your body, burn more calories than you take and eat the right type of foods.

So if this is true and if there is no magic involved, do you need to take any kind of natural weight loss pills in your diet plan? Do these natural pills help you lose weight in any way? Or, are they just a waste of money?
The truth is, natural fat loss pills are actually effective in losing weight but only with the help of proper diet plan and workout.

Natural weight loss supplements contain natural ingredients, which are known to speed up metabolism. Slow metabolism is one reason why people can't easily lose their weight even after trying diet plans and workouts. Due to their slow metabolism, their body burns fat very slowly, hence the slow weight loss.

Diet supplements speed up the metabolism and help to lose weight quickly. These just act as "supplements" and not the actual way of losing weight. When taken with proper diet plan and workouts, fat loss pills can speed up your weight loss. On the other hand, taking weight loss pills without diet control or workouts is just like pulling the rope equally from both ends.

Apart from metabolism speed, diet supplements also help to reduce hunger pangs. These contain natural ingredients for example green tea, which help to reduce hunger. When you feel less hungry, it will be easy to control your diet. Hunger pangs are the most prevalent reasons of weight gain. When you are hungry, you are likely to snack on carbs and fats, which will do you no good. By using these weight loss pills, your hunger pangs are controlled and so, your diet can be kept in check easily.

These are the two basic ways how natural weight loss pills work. However, it really depends on the ingredients present in the pills you use. Make sure you carefully check the ingredients and their uses before you buy any pill.

The Fast Food Health Threat

Few dietary trends have been or are as prominent, prevalent, and influential as the movement towards dining out in general and fast food in particular. Dating back as far as the 1940s with the birth of McDonald's the fast food trend continues unabated today, despite a modern wave of so-called "health initiatives." In spite of a slew of new diets, new exercise regimens, and even new lawsuits, statistics consistently show that the United States population - along with the populations of many developed countries - is getting fatter by the year.

Causes of the Obesity Crisis

Why is fast food so harmful? The obvious and traditional answer is because of sheer caloric excess. A recent, 15-year study showed that young people between the ages of 18 and 30 who ate at least 2 fast food meals a week were, on average, 10 pounds fatter than those who did not. It's also no secret that fast foods are soaked in oil and fat, saturated with sodium and sugars, and designed with convenience and taste, rather than nutritional value, in mind. However, can this be the only reason?

With the recent trend towards (or at least, lip service towards) healthy lifestyles with managed calorie intakes, frequent exercise, and even target nutrition, one would think that the "obesity epidemic" would be feeling the effects. Statistics, however, show otherwise. While some blame (perhaps rightly) these disappointing numbers not on fat, sugars, or calories, but on the layers of artificial additives on virtually all fast food items, others researchers have begun to look at the fast food trend as part of a larger, social change. In their eyes, modern American culture makes it all but inevitable that diets will fail, people will relapse into unhealthy habits, and the obesity rate will continue to increase.

A Different Point of View
American people today live in an environment where low cost and convenient access often take precedence over nutrition. Television and radio airwaves are replete with advertisements, and billboards are covered with fast food propaganda, but the core of the issue is the public mentality. People are much more likely to dine out than ever before. A disintegrating nuclear family tradition means less gatherings around the dinner table, at least at home. A misunderstanding of what low-carb, low-fat, or low-sodium actually means leads to people rationalizing their unhealthy diets. A steady trend towards larger portion sizes has subtly influenced people to eat more without ever realizing the difference.

And fast food companies may only be partially to blame. Though it is true that fast food restaurants are a prime source for unhealthy food, in another sense these companies are only responding to the economic demands of the American public, according to Rudolph Leibel, an obesity expert from Columbia University. If the public attitude truly changes (that is, in a way more profound than simply hiding behind sham diets, rationalized food choices, fancy catchphrases, or a salad every few days), Leibel argues, the fast food menu will change along with it.

The question, then, is - how does one go about changing one's viewpoint and lifestyle? One way is by circumventing the vicious cycle of relapse and rationalization. Instead of choosing "healthy options" off the local McDonald's menu, eating true home-cooked meals is a much better and sustainable solution. Remember - the key is not how well a diet works in the short run, it's how long you can keep it up in the long run.

Saffron Weight Loss Benefits

There are many people across the world today who want to lose weight yet are unable to as they simply cannot control their urge to eat.
Although exercise or a lack of it can contribute to weight gain, your diet will ultimately play a larger role in the amount of weight you put on or are able to lose.
There are many reasons why you may be unable to control your appetite, maybe you are stressed or anxious, yet until you are able to take control of this emotional eating you will never reach your dream weight.

Is there a solution to emotional eating?

Recent research has shown that there is a solution to your emotional eating problems, an herbal extract found in Greece, North America and in some parts of North Africa. Its name? Saffron Extract.
In the past Satiereal Saffron as it is sometime known has been used in many different types of food, although only in small doses as it has a bitter taste.
Recently Saffron Extract has been shown to be able to have a significant impact on binge eating and therefore on the total number of daily calories consumed.
Obviously reducing your calorie intake will create a calorie deficit that will lead to weight being lost, particularly when used alongside exercise.

How does Saffron Extract work?

Consuming Satiereal Saffron can cause your serotonin levels within your body to increase. Serotonin is a hormone that helps to control both your mood and your appetite.
If your serotonin levels are low research has shown that this will result in you making bad food choices and the urge to binge eat.
In simple terms this herb will help you to avoid the consumption of those foods high in both sugar and calories, instead healthier food options will be easier to choose.
Another benefit of Saffron Extract is the fact that it can help to fill you up faster than you would normally. This can also help to reduce your calorie intake and is especially beneficial to those of us that tend to eat our meals quickly.

Does Saffron Extract cause any side effects?

At the present time there have been no reports of side effects of any problems from those who have consumed the recommended daily dosage of less than 500 mg.
When choosing a Saffron Extract supplement you should never exceed this limit and always stick to the instructions available with your purchase to avoid any potential issues.

How to Eat for Good Health on a Cruise Ship

Multiple stories of cruise ship disasters may leave you hesitant to book a cruise; however, it is still a vacation of choice for many people. If you are conscious about your health or weight, though, another cruise ship disaster might be the around the clock food that is often a featured attraction on many cruise ships. You can still eat for good health while on a cruise by following a few simple guidelines.
To be sure you eat for good health, stick to your regular routine as much as possible. Just because food is available 24/7 does not mean you have to dine at every time and place food is available. If you normally eat three meals a day, keep the same schedule while on the ship and avoid adding excess calories between meals.
Be conscious of how food is prepared. To make meals more appetizing chefs add a lot of butter, oils, salt and other things you may not use when cooking at home. To eat for good health it is best to eat dishes with as little additional preparation as possible.

Fill up on salad and soup to minimize how much of the main course you need to be satisfied. This trick only works if you choose broth soups, not creamed soups, and are careful with the high fat/high calorie salad toppings such as croutons, cheese, bacon, and salad dressings.

Stay away from the appetizers before dinner, as you can pack on hundreds of calories in a few bites of appetizers. Save your calories for something more enjoyable and filling at dinner. As the name implies, appetizers will also "whet" your appetite, causing you to eat even more at dinner than you would otherwise.
When dining at a buffet do your best to review the entire buffet offerings first to get an idea of which selections would make the healthiest menu options.

That way when you go through the buffet line you will be able to plan your meal around the best protein and complex carbohydrate selections. Don't worry; you will get plenty of fat! If they do offer any good fats such as fish, avocados or walnuts, that would be a good choice - unless the fish is fried.

Be sure to eat enough protein, as this will help fill you up and keep you satisfied until the next meal. Then, fill your plate with vegetables as close to their natural state as possible. If you are lucky enough to have raw vegetables use humus or guacamole as a dip instead of ranch dressing. You will benefit from the protein in humus and the good fat in guacamole, and the fiber in the raw vegetables.

Once you are through the buffet line, move away and eat your dinner as far away as possible from the buffet table. This will eliminate the temptation to get another helping of that oh so yummy casserole that is oozing in high fat cream sauce. And of course avoid the temptation of the dessert table!

One area to be especially aware of is hidden calories in beverages. Avoid all soda and sweetened beverages, and watch the fruit smoothies - they are loaded with sugar. Also, drinking sugary beverages actually makes you thirstier, rather than quenching your thirst. If you drink alcohol the best drinks are wine or tequila, without any mixer. Most alcohols are low in calories; it's the mixers (soda, tonic, etc) that add the sugar and calories.
In addition to being conscious of your food choices, plenty of physical activity will help to work off those extra calories that you can't avoid. Take advantage of the on ship gym or some off ship excursions to get in some exercise while having fun.

These guidelines on how to eat for good health will ensure that your health and weight will not be a cruise ship disaster. Another cause of weight gain, however, is stress, so whatever you do, remember that you are on vacation and don't stress over every calorie. If you do give in and indulge one day, just get back on track the next day and eat for good health as much as you can.

My Experience Using Raspberry Ketone for Weight Loss

The Beginning of My Journey
I first heard about Raspberry Ketones from a well known TV doctor. This was a little over a year ago when I was first starting my weight loss journey. At the time I wasn't taking any supplements, I had recently started eating healthier and had started walking and working out at the gym a couple times a week.
Prior to watching the show I had never really believed that a supplement could help me lose weight, I was 100% sold on the "eat healthy and workout" way to lose weight. After watching the show and looking into the supplement a little more I decided to give it a try, its inexpensive and I was willing to try anything (within reason) to lose weight. From research I knew Raspberry Ketone was natural and safe so I didn't have a lot to lose (other than LB's).
This one decision, the acceptance of supplements into my weight loss mix no has no doubt helped me lose 30 or more pounds.
How Does it Work
Warning: Please prepare yourself as I may talk a little nerdy in the following paragraphs.
Raspberry Ketone helps with weight loss by starting lipolysis. Lipolysis is the breakdown of fat, in essence Raspberry Ketone takes the fat from a stored state, which is common in overweight and obese people, to a state where the body can use it as energy. Fat is a form of energy that is under utilized in those of us with tons of weight to lose. This ability to start the breakdown of fat is a huge reason why the supplement is effective.
The regulation of adiponectin, which is tied to the above is another reason why Raspberry Ketone is helpful in losing weight. Adiponectin is a hormone that has been found to be tied with obesity. High levels of adiponectin have been linked to being skinny, the reverse is also true, with low levels being linked to obesity. Adiponectin tricks your body into believing it is skinny, so high levels of adiponectin tell your body "Hey Your Skinny, start acting like it" and the body responds by letting go of fat. Raspberry Ketone has been found to increase levels of adiponectin which in turn raises the body's metabolism and leads to the loss of fat.
This concludes my description of how Raspberry Ketone works, if you are not a fan or talking nerdy you can now start reading again!
Benefits
Obviously the number one benefit of Raspberry Ketone is weight loss and specifically fat loss. Some have also found that it helps suppress your appetite causing you to eat fewer calories. I have never tried to track this as I feel like it would be rather complicated. I never noticed myself more full than prior to starting the supplement. I would be interested if anyone has actually tested this on themselves.
Side Effects
Raspberry Ketone is natural so it is regarded as safe, there are no known negative side effects. With that being said there are things to look for and people who shouldn't take the supplement. The supplement was created for adults so it is not recommended that kids or teens take Raspberry Ketone. You should also pay attention to the ingredients as some times companies will add fillers or binders or additional ingredients. Sometimes these ingredients are not safe, or have additional side effects. Personally I stick with pure Raspberry Ketone. Also women who are pregnant or nursing shouldn't take the supplement, you shouldn't take any weight loss supplement when you are pregnant or nursing.
My Results
Since I also work out and eat healthy every month, it's hard to judge how much of my weight loss comes from this one supplement, but I know my losses went up after starting the supplement. I also have tested it in a couple of different ways but nothing 100% definite as to its effectiveness. My goal has always been losing weight so I don't want to affect that goal by doing a proper test and potentially wasting time not taking a supplement that is helping me. For those reasons my results section of this will be somewhat speculation based on my limited tests and the way I feel about the supplement.
I have been taking Raspberry Ketone ever since I first found out about it. For that reason it is certainly the supplement I have had the most success with. On average I would say I could probably attribute 2-3 pounds of my weight loss to the Raspberry Ketone supplement. On average I have lost around 6-7 pounds a month for the last year, so 2 or so pounds is a decent chunk of that.
Suggested Dosage
There are tons of opinions about the recommended dosage, I have always chosen the highest to maximize my losses. In my research I found that the optimal dosage is 500mg twice per day, so that is what I take. I have also seen lower dosages suggested but since there is certainly no harm in taking 1000 mg a day and very little cost difference I opt for the 1000 mg a day.
Who Should and Who Shouldn't Take the Supplement
I have already addressed this briefly in a section above but I will clarify below.
Who Shouldn't Take This Supplement
  • Women who are nursing or pregnant
  • If you are under 18
  • If you take a medicine you feel may be affected (talk to your Doctor)
Who Will Benefit for This Supplement
  • Anyone who wants to lose weight that doesn't fall into a category above
*Of course for legal reasons I should state that none of this constitutes medical advice, you should always consult your Doctor with any concerns you may have.
My Brand Choices
In this section I will outline any brands I currently take as well as brands I have taken in the past and note whether they were successful or not.
Currently I take a Raspberry Ketone Supplement from Ava Falco. You can find a link to their Amazon.com page in the section below. You can also check out their website http://www.AvaFalco.com
I plan to write and review various weight loss supplements that I have tried or researched. I plan to talk about the weight loss benefits, side effects, who should take them, who shouldn't take them and anything else that could be important about the various supplements. I am a 20 something woman who has battled her weight dating back to high school. I have tried numerous times to lose weight and have never gained enough traction to truly make a difference. This time when I started about a year ago I vowed to finally change, to get the ball rolling and continue until I got a body I was truly happy with.
